Jesse Shaffer has been assisting Incite IT’s clients with technology issues since May 2021 in a part-time role while working toward a degree in Computer Information Systems at the University of South Carolina. As of February 1st, 2023, he’s joined us full-time in the role of Helpdesk Technician.

Born and raised on a small farm in Ohio, Jesse and his family moved to Blythewood, South Carolina when he was in middle school. He practiced his customer support and technology skills on friends and family members, then decided to pursue a technology degree at USC. Jesse is a pleasure to work with and his knowledge, patience, and clear thinking make him a great fit for the Incite IT team. We look forward to the many ways he’ll serve our clients in his new role!
